Allie Trojano and Jake Medearis met in 2014 at the New England Culinary Institute and have been working together ever since. From there, they have worked in kitchens and bakeries across the east coast, mainly Massachusetts and Virginia. 

Allies love for baking started at a young age, and she jumped at every chance to make dessert.  With nearly 10 years of professional baking expeirence, Allie has diversly honed her skills from custom cakes to flakey croissants. "The thing I love the most about the food industry is that you never have to stop learning. A career that comes with endless growth and knowledge". 

Jake is more than just a talented chef, he has an eye for design and  the highest respect for food.  When ever possible we head to a local farm and source locally. He is constanlty cooking with love and reminding everyone that people eat with their eyes first. There is no one else I would want to have by my side to make your special day a success.

They moved to Virginia Beach in 2021 to be closer to family and now look to share their excellent chef and baking skills with Hampton Roads. We are thankful for every opportunity to be apart of someones special day and look forward to what the future here holds.
